LAS has a two-tiered advising structure at department and college levels. Our department works closely with LAS Advising to guide and advise students with course selection, major or minor declarations, career guidance, graduate school preparation, referrals to several campus support services and resources.

Current students interested in declaring a major in psychology are encouraged to contact only one Psychology Advisor, or send an email directly to LAS Psychology. If you would like to declare a minor in psychology, click here.

The Psychology Undergraduate Advising Office is operating in a hybrid model (virtually and some in-person appointments).

Drop-in Advising is for quick questions only. These appointments are roughly 5-10 minutes in length. Click here to schedule your drop-in appointment.

Advising Appointments can be made for questions regarding current classes and any long-term questions (planning multiple semesters, graduate school, career questions, etc.).

Please take note on iAdvise that a small number of appointments will now be offered “In-Person.” Please be sure to check your appointment type when scheduling.
