Psi Chi in collaboration with various other groups is hosting a panel under the guidance of Professor Josefina Bañales—a professor in Psychology. The panel will discuss how to support undergraduate leadership (e.g., research experiences, activism) on campus. Student leaders in the department will discuss their perspectives on what undergraduate student leadership looks like, how faculty and staff can support student leadership, and where students can find support in their leadership endeavors. An informal event with refreshments will be held after the session so attendees can mix and mingle and make connections.😊
