Kimberly Johnson

KimberlyJohnson  Kimberly Johnson graduated from the APP in 2011 where she was an intern at the American Red Cross in the I/O field. She was quickly employed by KPMG in Change Management and after that has since joined Google and is currently a Use Experience Program Manager. Kimberley is currently leading multiple cross-functional teams to analyze critical help journeys in order to improve the Google support experience on a global scale. She plans to pursue a MBA.
